Your inquiry,
kept private.

Your information is used to respond to your request and arrange individual guidance.

What is collected

The inquiry form collects your name, email, state or territory, intended Army component, current service status, application stage, selected help, and message. A phone number is optional. Your contact consent and submission time are also stored. A keyed hash of your network address helps limit abuse, and a request ID and keyed content fingerprint prevent duplicate inquiries. The lead database does not store your raw network address.

How it is handled

Inquiries are stored in a private database provided by Supabase and reviewed through Benyamin’s local admin portal. Vercel hosts this website. These providers process information to operate the service. Your inquiry is not published, sold, or shared with recruiters or recommendation writers without your permission.

What to leave out

Do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, clearance information, or private application documents. The form does not accept file uploads.

Your choices

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your inquiry by replying to Benyamin’s response or sending another inquiry describing your request. Inquiries are retained to manage requested guidance unless you request deletion.

Website operation

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Form details stay in page memory during your visit so closing the form does not erase them. Your browser clears this draft when you reload or leave the page. Hosting providers may maintain operational and security logs.
